What we collect

Account information: if you register, we store the email address, display name and a one-way cryptographic hash of your password. We never store your password in readable form.

Order information: name, shipping address, email address, order contents and order total. This is required to fulfil and support your purchase.

Payment information: card and bank details are collected and processed directly by Stripe. Card numbers never reach our servers and we do not store them.

Support correspondence: emails you send us and our replies, kept so we can follow up on an open issue.

What we do not collect

We do not embed third-party advertising or analytics trackers on this site. There is no cross-site advertising profile behind your visit.

We do not sell, rent, or trade personal information, and we do not share it with data brokers.

PixelArtDisplay hardware runs on your own local network. Panel telemetry, mode settings and game scores stay on the device and are not uploaded to us. There is no cloud account required to use the product.

How we use it

To process and ship your order, handle returns and warranty claims, provide customer support, send order and shipping notifications, maintain account access, and meet tax and accounting obligations.

We do not use your information for automated decision-making or profiling that produces legal effects.

Cookies and local storage

We set a strictly necessary session cookie when you sign in, so you stay logged in as you move between pages. Your shopping cart is held in your browser's local storage and never leaves your device.

We do not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking cookies.

Who we share it with

Payment processing: Stripe, to take payment and prevent fraud.

Shipping carriers: the name, address and email needed to deliver your parcel.

Infrastructure providers: hosting, database and email delivery services that operate on our behalf under contract.

Legal and compliance: where required by law, court order, or to protect our rights and the safety of our customers.

Every provider above is contractually limited to using the data only to perform the service we ask of them.

How long we keep it

Order and invoice records are retained for the period required by tax and accounting rules in our jurisdiction. Account records are kept while your account is active. Support correspondence is kept while the related issue is open and for a reasonable period afterwards.

If you ask us to delete your account, we remove or de-identify the data we are not legally required to keep.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to know what personal information we hold, to receive a copy of it, to correct it, to delete it, and to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information. We do not sell personal information, so there is nothing to opt out of.

No system is perfectly secure. If we become aware of a breach affecting your personal information, we will notify you and the relevant authorities as required by law.

If we change this policy we will update the effective date at the top. Material changes will be announced on this site or by email where appropriate.
