Agreement

By placing an order you confirm you have read these terms, our Privacy Policy and our Returns & Refunds Policy, and that you are legally able to enter into a contract.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to place an order. Accounts are personal to you; do not share credentials or resell account access.

Orders and contract formation

Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we send a shipping confirmation. If an item is out of stock, priced incorrectly, or the order looks fraudulent, we may decline it and refund any payment taken in full.

Once accepted, an order cannot be changed or cancelled through the site. Contact us as early as possible and we will try to intercept it before it ships.

Pricing, tax and payment

Prices are shown in US dollars and exclude applicable sales tax, which is calculated at checkout based on your shipping address. Shipping is free to the United States and Canada.

Payment is processed by Stripe. We do not receive or store your full card details. Promotional discounts apply to a single order, cannot be combined unless stated, and have no cash value.

If a pricing error is discovered after you order, we will contact you with the correct price and let you cancel for a full refund before dispatch.

Shipping and delivery

Ships in 2–5 business days from our US warehouse. Delivery estimates are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.

Risk of loss passes to you when the carrier delivers the parcel. If a parcel is lost or arrives damaged, contact us and we will resolve it with the carrier on your behalf.

Returns and refunds

We offer a 30-day return window on orders placed directly through this site. The full process, including how to start a return and how quickly refunds are issued, is set out in our Returns & Refunds Policy.

This return window is in addition to, and does not limit, any rights you have under consumer law in your jurisdiction.

Limited hardware warranty

The panel carries a 12-month limited hardware warranty against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. If a defect appears within that period, contact us and we will repair or replace the unit at our option.

The warranty does not cover damage from misuse, liquid contact, unauthorized modification, power supplied outside the specified USB-C rating, or cosmetic wear. It also does not cover third-party firmware you have flashed yourself — see the next section.

Open firmware and your own modifications

The firmware is open and hackable by design. You may modify it, flash your own builds and drive the device through its documented API.

You accept that modified firmware is your responsibility. We cannot support behaviour caused by third-party or self-built firmware, and defects arising from such firmware fall outside the limited warranty. The panel supports over-the-air updates on a dual-slot layout so a failed official update rolls back automatically.

Intellectual property

The site content, product design, industrial design, trademarks and the firmware we publish are owned by us or our licensors. The published firmware is released under the licence stated in its repository; that licence governs your use of the code and does not grant rights to our trademarks or hardware design.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data or goodwill, arising from your purchase or use of the product.

Our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including death or personal injury caused by negligence.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of [[STATE_OR_COUNTRY_OF_FORMATION]], excluding conflict-of-law rules, and the courts of [[DISPUTE_VENUE]] have exclusive jurisdiction.

Before filing a claim, please contact us. Most complaints are resolved faster by email than by formal process.

If you are a consumer in a jurisdiction with mandatory local consumer protections, those protections continue to apply to you.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version in force when you place your order governs that order. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms for future orders.
